Tasha helped us determine the location we liked best, and was able to get us quickly in to be the first to see the condo we ended up purchasing. She was very knowledgeable about the area, was very responsive throughout the process of the purchase, and she went to bat for us in negotiations when we needed her to. We are really happy with our new place, and look forward to having her visit us in our new winter home in Lake Park!

I was work traveling most of the time through the purchasing process and Tasha was always ready to help and was very involved in all the aspects of the closing. She is part of the family now.

She worked tirelessly on our behalf doing all of the footwork, making multiple trips to the property, meeting with inspectors etc., sending videos, and managing communication between all parties.
